#1 “Developer users” are users who use Bloxtor to build applications.

#2 “End-users” are users who use the built applications in Bloxtor.

#3 “Online training” means tutorials and videos available on the Bloxtor site.

#4 “Phone/chat support/training” means that we will teach you using our framework or fixing some server issue.

#5 “All hands-on deck only for server emergency issues” means we will ssh to your server and help you fix the problem.

#6 “Direct consulting” means that we will work with you to achieve some goal, allocating resources to work with your IT team.

#7 “Expiration” means your environment will only work during these days.

#8 “Application access restriction” means that the applications you build in Bloxtor can only be accessible on certain devices...

#9 “Environment” is a distinct place where Bloxtor runs, meaning you can have 3 independent Bloxtor installations running in development, test and production environments separately, where each environment can be on different servers as well.
/ Shared environments means that your Bloxtor installation will run on the same server as other clients.
/ Dedicated environments means that your Bloxtor installation will run separately from other clients in your own server.

#10 “Deployment” is the activity of copying an application to another server, including downloading applications to your server.

#11 “Install on external servers” gives you the opportunity to install Bloxtor on your own servers.

#12 “Scalability” means that servers are ready for scalability, but always limited by hardware capacity. Option to upgrade to better ones.

#13 “Data migration from previous package” means we will transfer all your work from one package to another. For example, if you wish to upgrade from the Team Package to the Business Package, we will handle the migration for you.

#14 “Starting price” means that the price can go up if the server resources consumed are too high, that is, if there is an application with a lot of hits per second that consumes a lot of resources, the base price can go up.
